Misty Lupinacci

Originally from Texas just outside of Dallas, Misty brings a warm, grounded approach to working with children and families. Her experience with children began in middle school in the 1990s and has continued over the years through working with a variety of ages, personalities, and learning styles.

What Misty loves most about Montessori is the respect and trust it gives children. She values the way Montessori encourages independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning while allowing each child to grow at their own pace. Watching children build confidence and develop a genuine love of learning is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Outside the classroom, Misty enjoys living intentionally and embracing simple joys with her family. One of her most unique adventures was living with her husband on an eco-farm in Oregon in a tiny house community alongside two other tiny homes. Her family also celebrates Yule instead of Christmas, honoring the winter solstice as a special seasonal tradition.
