Dr. Grace Raffman

Dr. Grace Raffman is a Florida native who grew up in Tampa, where much of her family still lives in the same close-knit neighborhood. Her family is originally from the Philippines. With three sisters and four brothers, she values the strong sense of connection and support her family shares.

She began working with children in 2001, a path that has continued to inspire her for more than two decades. Her favorite part of the Montessori philosophy is the freedom it gives students to learn at their own pace. She loves watching children discover, explore, and grow independently, guided by their own curiosity.

Outside the classroom, Grace cherishes time with her large family and enjoys the unique joy that comes from everyone living so close together. She brings a rich sense of culture, community, and warmth to everything she does.
