The summer program at Palm Harbor Montessori Academy is 9 weeks of fun and learning for students who have a wide range of interests. Browse our schedule of programs here.

We offer full day camps for children from 3 to 9 years old in arts, humanities, sciences and more. Campers are also welcome to swim at our campus pool all summer long! Summer Camps are from 9:00am until 3:00pm for camp day and from 7:30am until 5:30pm for a full day.

Primary Themes (3-6 Years)

Weeks 1 and 2: Rainforest

Look through your hand lense to find all the interesting and colorful animals in our creative rainforest! Children will have fun exploring the flora and fauna about the forest through art, games, dramatic play and music.

Weeks 3 and 4: Around the World

Children will travel around the world through poetry, food, music, dance, art and so much more!

Week 5: Sea to Shining Sea

We will celebrate the Fourth of July by learning about our nation’s birthday with a camp full of patriotic activities.

Weeks 6 and 7: Under the Sea

What child doesn’t enjoy the beach? We are bringing our very own “beach” to campers through imagination, crafts and games.

Weeks 8 and 9: To Infinity and Beyond

Look to the sky – what can you see? During this summer camp session, learn to identify constellations, planets and lunar craters as we explore the earth, the solar system and the universe.

Elementary Themes (7-9 years)

Weeks 1 and 2: World Explorers

Campers, bring your passport and suitcase to travel around the world and spark your curiosity for other cultures. We’ll explore the globe through games, art, music and dance.

Weeks 3 and 4: Going Green

Learn more about reusing, reducing and recycling projects, sustainability and environmental awareness.

Week 5: Sea to Shining Sea

We will celebrate the Fourth of July by learning about our nation’s birthday with a camp full of patriotic activities.

Weeks 6 and 7: Junior Archeologist

Explore our ancient cultures as a paleontologist, while studying fossils and learning more about dinosaurs.

Weeks 8 and 9: Mad Scientist

Engineer indoor and outdoor projects, experiment with different materials, and construct simple circuits and simple machines.
